Designed as a flagship school and headquarters catering to special-needs children on the autism spectrum, the Academy for Young Minds prioritizes a nurturing and inclusive learning environment. From Preschool through Middle School, the school features small, child-centered classrooms with high teacher-to-student ratios. Special attention was given to designing therapy rooms, sensory spaces, and multipurpose gymnasiums, ensuring optimal lighting conditions to support the unique needs of students. Despite budget constraints, the project was carefully crafted to allocate resources effectively, allowing the client to focus on operational and programmatic necessities.
