462 Broadway wins Lucy G. Moses Preservation Award

PBDW and team has won a Lucy G. Moses Preservation Award for their stunning work on 462 Broadway. Their meticulous restoration has returned a French Renaissance-style building to its original glory. The project also won a MASterworks Award for Best Restoration from the Municipal Art Society of New York, and a Stanford White Award for Historic Preservation in 2018.

SoHo Loft featured in Dwell

Interior Design features new SJP Boutique

Featured in Interior Design magazine in April 2019, the new Sarah Jessica Parker boutique designed by Cass Calder Smith Architecture, with lighting by MFLD, is located in the South Street Seaport neighborhood.

Harlem School of the Arts featured in New York Times
